On 15-09-2020 morning the Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team seized net cash of Rs.3,75,30,000/- (Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs and Thirty Thousand rupees), (1) Mahindra Scorpio B.No.MH19BJ 6470 (White colour) and (1) Hyundai Accent B.No.TS09ES 8728 (Grey colour) from the possession of following persons (4) persons by name 1) Eshwar Dileepji Solanki, 2) Harish Ram Bhai Patel, 3) Ajith Singh R Dodiya and 4) Rathod Kanak Singh Natubha with an amount of Rs.3,75,30,000/- (Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs and Thirty Thousand rupees) without any valid document

2) Harish Ram Bhai Patel S/o Ram Bhai Patel, aged 35 yrs, Occ: Car driver in P.Vijay & Company, Mumbai, R/o H.No.8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, N/o Dharmoda(V), Chanasna (Tq), Patan district, Gujrat, Ph.No.8141498250.
3) Ajith Singh R Dodiya S/o Ranjith Singh, aged 34 yrs, Occ: Office Boy at P.Vijay & Company, #8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, R/o H.No.8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, N/o Paliyad(V), Gandhinagar district, Gujrat, Ph.No.7009786505.
4) Rathod Kanak Singh Natubha S/o Natubha Singh, aged 42 yrs, Occ: Office Boy at P.Vijay & Company, #8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, R/o H.No.8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, N/o Simar(V), Una (Tq), Somanath district, Gujrat, Ph.No.8780229415.
Facts of the case:-
Today i.e. on 15-09-2020, received credible information that (4) persons are moving in two cars with huge cash and present near Skoda Show Room, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Immediately proceeded to the spot and intercepted two vehicles (1) Mahindra Scorpio B.No.MH19BJ 6470 (White colour) and (1) Hyundai Accent B.No.TS09ES 8728 (Grey colour) and apprehended the above (4) persons by name 1) Eshwar Dileepji Solanki, 2) Harish Ram Bhai Patel, 3) Ajith Singh R Dodiya and 4) Rathod Kanak Singh Natubha along with net cash of Rs.3,75,30,000/- (Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs and Thirty Thousand rupees).
On interrogation it is revealed that all the respondents are working in P.Vijay & Company, Mumbai (Head office is at Mumbai) and the owner of company by name Kamlesh Shah, N/o Ahmedabad. He is having a branch office at Hyderabad at premises No.8-2-684/4/13/B, Road No.12, Anand Banjara colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Two persons by name 1) Dinesh, Ph.No.8200362050 and 2) Giri, Ph.No.8401321995 are the company incharges of Hyderabad branch. The respondents Ajith Singh R Dodiya, Rathod Kanak Singh Natubha and one lady by name Thakor Soalben W/o Suresh, aged 23 yrs, Occ: Cook are working with Dinesh and Giri in the Hyderabad branch.
On 14-09-2020 the respondents 1) Eshwar Dileepji Solanki and 2) Harish Ram Bhai Patel came to Hyderabad in Mahindra Scorpio B.No.MH19BJ 6470 (White colour) to collect the cash from Dinesh and Giri. Today i.e. on 15-09-2020 the above said respondents collected the net cash from Giri and proceeding in two vehicles (1) Mahindra Scorpio B.No.MH19BJ 6470 (White colour) and (1) Hyundai Accent B.No.TS09ES 8728 (Grey colour) along with cash of Rs.3,75,30,000/- (Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs and Thirty Thousand rupees) with an intention to transport the same to Solapur.
The amount will be handover to the Income Tax Department for further necessary action. The persons who are in possession of money will be examined by Income Tax Department.
The seizure was made under the supervision of Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by Sri B Gattu Mallu, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone, and SIs Sri. Ranjeet Kumar, Mallikarjun and Muzaffer of West Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad.
